Took this on my trip overseas and used it with 3 different plug types (USA, EU, UK). Was traveling for 2 weeks in multiple locations with no problems. Kept it in my carry-on bag.* + Didn't have to bring any extra plugs or adapters. + Seems to charge at a good rate. + Was able to use it in all the countries and airports I stopped in. + Worked for laptop, phone, and watch chargers + Helpful USB ports - charge multiple devices at once, don't need to bring extra wall adapters -/+ A little chunky but still saves space when you think of all the other charger ends/adapters you don't need to pack *I kept it with my other cords/power supplies and pulled it out at security checks just in case. No one gave me any problems about it.

We traveled to Iceland, France and Africa from the US and brought this with us. We charged in all airports and hotels. We had not issues plugging in our American electronics. The USB ports are a great addition as well!

I have used this adapter in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Luxembourg, France and the UK. It worked perfectly in all those countries. The four ports at the top of the adapter make it a breeze to pug in all of my electronics. I've had other adapters but this one is the most useful.

I used this to connect my U.S. laptop and cell phone into outlets in Asia. It was a little unintuitive at first to figure out how to retract the teeth once extended, but after I figured that out it was a breeze. It worked flawlessly in three different countries while I was there. Thoroughly pleased.

Easy to use and not to heavy so stays in outlet of country.

UPDATE: after only a day after this review was written, not only did I get a response from the company in writing, but, as of a couple minutes ago, I had a new adapter delivered to my door. I am changing my review score to 5 stars for the prompt attention I got and the courteous way they communicated with me. Not sure what happened to cause the first adapter to break, but, I know this company stands behind their products. Kudos to them! MC Buyer advice. Ordered, received and worked perfectly for one week after trip started. Unfortunately, I like to plan ahead. Purchased end of November for a 3 week cruise from AU to NZ, to Fiji end of January thru mid February. One week into the trip the outlet stopped working, but, usb ports still worked. Thank goodness, right? Wrong, a few days later, we were unable to use the AU plug as it was stuck inside without any way to extend it. All other plugs could open up, but not the one we needed. I tried to contact customer service, but, only got the “Sorry, your return date has expired”. (Jan 31). All I wanted was to get it replaced. I get it, things break or you get a lemon. I don’t like giving bad feedback, but, nobody wants to help on this issue. Chat shuts me down after they tell me return has expired, and, no phone number to be found. My advice, make sure trip is over before free return expires or you may be out of luck if item has a glitch. We were able to rent one while on ship and in resorts. Really frustrating for a few days, but, with some effort we found solutions. MC

This is a great little gadget for travel. Other adaptors are much larger take up more space and add more weight. This is small light weight and works well. I used it in Africa and South Sudan and it took care of all my needs. The external plugs for charging are a bonus.

This was perfect for our travel needs. In fact, it worked so well that my son ended up “borrowing” it during our vacation…and I never saw it again (he took it back home with him). I immediately bought us another one when we got home!
